A continuous airtight layer was implemented with particular care at membrane joints and window connections. Testing under both depressurisation and pressurisation verified the envelope's performance.

Measured airtightness results

The preliminary airtightness test recorded an average n50 value of 0.44 1/h, with 0.43 1/h under depressurisation and 0.45 1/h under pressurisation. The average airflow V50 was 344 m³/h and the air permeability q50 was 0.86 m³/(h·m²).
