PH X-1 was designed for Florina's demanding winter climate. Its high-performance envelope, thermal-bridge-free detailing, airtight connections, carefully installed windows and heat-recovery ventilation deliver exceptional comfort with very low energy demand.

Measured airtightness results

The final evaluation under depressurisation and pressurisation at 50 Pa recorded an average air-change rate n50 of 0.39 1/h, an average airflow V50 of 143 m³/h and an average envelope air permeability q50 of 0.98 m³/(h·m²).
